Brie Larson

BrieBrianne Sidonie desaulniers, born on October 1 1989, is an American actress. Most well-known for her supporting roles in comedies in her teens but she has since moved on into leading roles in independent films as well as blockbusters. Larson has won numerous awards including an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award. She also received the Primetime Emmy Award. Time magazine named Larson one of the 100 most influential people around the globe in 2019. Larson, who was six years old was the youngest student to be accepted into a school of study at American Conservatory Theater. She started her career as an actor on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in 1998, which was a sketch comedy. In 2001, she became featured in the show Raising Dad. She also briefly tried out a career in music, with the release of her album Finally Out of P.E. In 2005. Larson later played parts in comedy films Hoot (2006), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) and 21 Jump Street (2012), and appeared as an unassuming teenager in the television show United States of Tara (2009-2011).Her breakthrough was when she landed a lead part in the acclaimed independent drama Short Term 12 (2013) and she continued to be a supporting character in the romantic drama The Spectacular Now (2013) and the comedic Trainwreck (2015). Larson received nominations for the Academy Award as Best Actress for her performance as a kidnapping target in the drama Room (2015). After the adventure film of 2017 Kong. Skull Island, Larson was the debut big-budget film to be released. In 2019, she was Captain Marvel in Marvel Cinematic Universe.
