Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England) She is an English singer/songwriter. Ellie Goulding rose quickly to the top of her game with her electronic pop sound after capturing the attention of the world through her hit songs "Starry Eyed" along with "Guns and Horses" in 2010. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding has a unique soprano voice and has a talent to write songs that are emotional with inspiring lyrics. Like her predecessors Kate Bush or Imogen, she's on the cutting edge of contemporary mainstream pop as well as the artful independent music. Polydor Records, a major music label, chose to sign Goulding and was preparations to release her debut album.
