Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. In just one year she obtained her professional license when she was 17. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. Her return to competition in 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a number of years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of several fitness awards. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took 6 years to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show saw her finish in third place. Summer of 2016, she won her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage to take home the sixth position in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very happy with her performance. The competition was among the best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her body each year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs that use a single hand with a pull-up device and seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way possible. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
