Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started participating in fitness competitions when she was 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16, at which point she stopped her gymnastics. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her professional license to continue her studies. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to get her college degree. In October of 2015, she made a return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the contest. In the summer of 2016, she won her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took her place 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any expectation. The athlete was satisfied about her position. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with a machine, along with bent-over rows. First, she warms up and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Supersetting all of the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
